Hi I’m Lisa

Mum to two amazing boys who keep me on my toes, fiancé to my favourite human, and someone who’s been obsessed with weddings, flowers and creating beautiful experiences for as long as I can remember.

My very first job was at a local florist, and from that point on I just kept saying “yes” to opportunities that let me learn more about flowers, events, hospitality and people. Along the way, I owned The Emerald Duke Florist & Coffee Shop in Kingston, worked with incredible mentors, and built a career at some of Australia’s most beautiful venues, including Lilianfels Resort in Katoomba, Saffire Freycinet and Hobart’s Henry Jones Art Hotel.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that the little details matter. I have high standards, a love for quality, and a knack for keeping things running smoothly when wedding-day nerves start to kick in. Need someone to coordinate suppliers, fluff your dress, find missing buttonholes, calm anxious family members or track down an emergency coffee? I’m your person.

I created The Emerald Table because I wanted to bring boutique, high-quality wedding support to Tasmanian couples without the luxury price tag. I believe every couple deserves to feel looked after, supported and completely present on their special day.
